New for 2011 we are delighted to launch an open programmes service. This builds on our wealth of experience gained delivering many successful in house programmes to a wide range of commercial, public and charitable organisations.

Our first programme to be launched is Business Partnering where we have vast expertise, based on our own experience of operating at senior Business Partner levels. We have been facilitating Business Partnering workshops in excess of 10 years, adapting them in line with changes within the HR, Finance and IT communities.

Our experience has been gained with clients such as Britannia Building Society, British Gas, The Cooperative Society, Finning, First Direct, HBOS, Lloyds Banking Group, Safeway and Sainsbury's Finance. For the first programmes we will target HR communities and then consider rolling out to Finance and IT, or possibly offering mixed Business Partnering events.
