At Strategis we work in partnership with our clients to ensure that they get a significant return on their investment as a result of working with us. Quite often we will be working with large blue-chip clients who need to develop a particular employee population and it's important that we achieve the desired outcomes and behaviour change that they are looking for. This makes our evaluation approach of critical importance.
We invest a great deal of resource and expertise, in order to provide both meaningful and measurable data.
Like all training organisations we are keen to assess the reaction of our audience at the time of the intervention, through the standard post course evaluation or 'happy sheet'. This not only focuses on course content but also the quality, expertise and commercial awareness of our facilitators. We actively use this data to modify and improve our programmes on an on-going basis so that they are 'live' and evolve with you as an organisation.
We are also keen to understand the learning that has happened during the programme and do 'before' and 'after' assessments with our delegates to understand how we have increased their knowledge.
A key piece of our evaluation focuses on the transfer or change in behaviour from prior to three months to after the intervention. After all, it is not only what people know but also what they do that makes both them and the organisation successful.
Lastly, we work closely with our clients to monitor the overall results and measures of success that have resulted from the intervention. This is of paramount importance to us.
